CCAA Soccer All-Canadians
On the eve of the CCAA soccer national championship the 2021 All-Canadians have been announced
The PACWEST in conjunction with the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) is proud to announce the 2021 women’s and men’s soccer All-Canadians. The CCAA national championship tournament for both genders open on Wednesday with quarterfinal action.
The 2021 All-Canadians are:
Claire Ye – Capilano Blues
She was outstanding covering ground on the PACWEST pitch in 2021 whether it was up front, in the middle or on the backend. She was named the PACWEST Player of the Year and finished tied atop the women’s scoring race with five goals.
Kayla Campbell – Capilano Blues
The PACWEST Rookie of the Year played in just seven games this season and was a major threat scoring five times in helping lead the Blues to their first PACWEST title since 2007.
Nima Moazeni Zadeh – Capilano Blues
He was named the PACWEST Player of the Year in just his first season in the Conference. In eight games played he scored five times and always attracted the opposition’s best defenders.
Rysosuke Sudo – Douglas Royals
Named a PACWEST All-Star he tallied three goals this past season helping the Royals to their second straight Conference title and berth into the CCAA National Championship tournament.
