In our next edition of PACWEST Trick Shots, Stephanie Demeules and Kristen McBride of the UFV Cascades execute the “Double Thunder Trick Block” on the volleyball floor.

This past season McBride was an important part of the Cascades offence with 168 kills and 20 aces. On the defensive side she tallied nine blocks and 207 digs. Speaking of digs Demeules was excellent as a libero collecting 142 digs throughout the regular campaign.
