Brooke Ingram – VIU Mariners

The Mariners remained undefeated on the season after Week #3 with goalkeeper Brooke Ingram stepping up to help VIU to earn four points on the road.  After entering VIU’s game at Capilano midway through the second half, she allowed one goal on a top-class Capilano shot but held the Blues the rest of the way, allowing the Mariners to come back and earn a 1-1 tie. On Sunday, she earned a shutout in her first PACWEST start, showing excellent control in tracking down Langara crosses and through-balls.
