Barcha Hnizdilova – Capilano Blues

The second-year forward from Czechia led the Blues in scoring both games as they completed a weekend road sweep of Okanagan College. In Friday’s opener, she helped CapU start fast and build a big halftime lead as she scored 11 of her 20 points and swiped three of her game-high five steals over the first 20 minutes. On Saturday, she went for 21 points with eight boards giving her weekend totals of 41 points on 15-of-23 shooting (65%) with 15 rebounds and five steals.
