PACWEST Spotlight: Elizabeth Henne
The Coyotes power forward is in her final season
The Okanagan Coyotes have only been around for the past five seasons of PACWEST basketball and forward Elizabeth Henne has been on the roster since day 1.
The Christina Lake native has been instrumental in the growth of the program and helped the Coyotes to an improbable PACWEST championship title in 2022. In the gold medal clinching game she tallied eight rebounds and five points along with three blocks.
This season Henne sits second in the PACWEST averaging nine rebounds a game and is dropping in just over eight points. She is in her graduating season after getting a bonus year following the COVID pandemic. Her Coyotes are tied for fourth place at the holiday break and are desperately trying to finish in the top six to qualify for the PACWEST championship tournament, which they are hosting in March.
She stops to chat with Ryan Watters as she looks back at her PACWEST career.
