Tip-Off 2018-2019

The PACWEST is proud to release the 2018-2019 women’s and men’s basketball regular season schedule which tips off on November 1st with an Island rivalry game.

The PACWEST women’s silver medalists from last season; the Camosun Chargers will host the VIU Mariners at 6:00pm in Victoria. Directly following the women’s tilt, the men’s game will tip off as the PACWEST silver medalist Mariners also face the Chargers, a team they eliminated last year.

The following night will see a full slate of PACWEST games. The Okanagan College Coyotes will make their debut by visiting Camosun. The women’s defending champion Capilano Blues will make a stop at the CBC Bearcats while the defending men’s CCAA silver medalist Douglas Royals face the Langara Falcons.

The 18 game schedule concludes on Saturday February 16th. Two weeks later the Royals will host the PACWEST Championships for the first time since 2014.

The PACWEST men’s champion will stay close to home for the CCAA National Championship and play at Langara while the women will visit Sainte-Foy, Quebec from March 13-16, 2019.
