Best in Class: Diego Policarpo

He's a class act entering his fourth season with the Avalanche

One of the best players in PACWEST men’s volleyball over the last couple of seasons has been Diego Policarpo from the COTR Avalanche. 

He is a power hitter that can smash the ball from any position on the floor.  Last year he led the Avs with 278 kills and helped them retain the top ranked spot in the CCAA for the majority of the year.

Off the court he is enrolled in the kinesiology program at College of the Rockies and will enter his fourth season this fall.  He is a PACWEST Best in Class and talks with Ryan Watters about being a Brazilian student athlete taking classes in Canada. 

He also answers some burning questions like how was he discovered on YouTube and is he actually in a band?
