Setter Eric Sundmark is a legitimate threat for the Douglas Royals offence each time the ball is passed to him at 6’5. He’s one of the biggest setters in the PACWEST and in 2015-2016 he took advantage.
As a rookie he played in 40 sets and tallied 22 kills, had 18 blocks and helped the Royals to a berth in the provincial championship receiving valuable playing time.
When not on the court Sundmark has been very good in the classroom taking business at Douglas College, something that first caught his eye while in high school.
He is highlighted in the PACWEST's “Best In Class,” a feature focused on the student athletes across the Conference that are leaving their mark on athletics and academics.
