The Langara Falcons move to the bronze medal bracket after a Thursday set back

In a thrilling matchup that kept fans on the edge of their seats, the Langara Falcons and the Algonquin Wolves played a tense, back-and-forth game that was decided in dramatic fashion.
The first half saw both teams creating chances, with neither able to break the deadlock. The score remained 0-0 at the break, with both goalkeepers putting in solid performances to keep their teams in the game.
The second half saw Langara break the stalemate early, as Zegurra Rodriguez found the back of the net to give the Falcons a 1-0 lead. However, the Wolves refused to back down and continued to press. Their persistence paid off when Connor David leveled the score, bringing the game back to even terms.
With the clock winding down, it seemed as though extra time was inevitable, but Connor David had other plans. In the 85th minute, he netted his second goal of the match, a clinical finish that sealed a 2-1 victory for the Algonquin Wolves and sent them through to the championship final.
