Damein Coleman packed the stat sheet both games for the Blues, helping them to a weekend split at VIU which gave the Mariners just their second loss of the season. In Friday’s opener, he went for a team-high 16 points on 6-of-11 shooting while pulling down nine boards with two blocks. With a short turnaround to Saturday afternoon, the 6-foot-6 native of Baltimore showed no signs of fatigue as he shot 6-of-9 for 14 points with two more blocks, three boards and a game-high nine assists. For the weekend, he shot 60% (12-of-20) for 30 points with 12 rebounds, 12 assists, four blocks and two steals.
