Event Information
The 2018 PACWEST volleyball championships will be held at the Envision Financial Athletic Centre on the Abbotsford campus of the University of the Fraser Valley.
The 21,500-square-foot gymnasium opened in 2007 and features retractable seating for up to 1,500 spectators. The main gym serves as the home court for the UFV Cascades volleyball, basketball and wrestling programs. The facility, also known as Building E, also features a secondary gym with seating for about 350 spectators, along with a new high-performance training centre known as “The Cave”, a fitness centre, and locker rooms with showers.
In addition to regularly hosting Canada West and PACWEST league games, the Envision Financial Athletic Centre has hosted many major events and tournaments, including the 2016 BC Summer Games. We’re confident this outstanding facility will prove to be an ideal venue to stage the PACWEST volleyball championships.
