The Mariners defence made the difference on Friday night holding the Falcons to single digits in the first three quarters.
The offence was led by Kaitlyn LaFontaine coming off the bench for 11 points while starter Olivia Mjaaland had 10 points. In all 10 players hit the score sheet with at least one basket.
The Falcons struggled to solve the Mariners defence all night; however Trisha Pajayon was the lone Falcon to score in the double-digits with 11 points.

With only eight points separating these two teams heading into the fourth quarter, the Chargers pulled away outscoring the visitors 26-15 to secure the win.
Four Chargers scored in the double-digits led by Aija Salvador coming off the bench with 16 points on the strength of four-three pointers. Jasmine de Vries gathered 15 points and Kathryn Candell dropped in 14.
The Kermodes offence was led by Jordin Wilkinson who came off the bench to score 14 points. Kyra Boulding had 12 while Julia Gallant had 10.

A very close and tight game as both defenses made life frustrating for the opposition offences.
The Blues were led by Emma Cunningham who scored three from downtown and had a team high 16 points. Simrat Dosanjh also had three-three pointers and scored 10 points while Carmelle M’Bikata had 14. Ashley dela Cruz Yip continued to add to her PACWEST record with a whopping 10 assists.
Harvina Kaler led the Bearcats with a game high 18 points on the strength of four-three pointers. Makayla Starman collected a game high 14 rebounds.
