The Kermodes scored their first win of the season led by Kimmy Aburegeba’s 22 points, eight of which coming from the free-throw line. Julia Gallant scored 17, hitting three-three pointers and Kyra Boulding tallied 14.
The Falcons had a solid game offensively as Trisha Pajayon led the way with four-three pointers and 19 points. Alexa Leyne chipped in with 17 points.

The Chargers used a 23 point fourth quarter to hand the Blues their first loss of the season. Five players had double-digits led by the 17 from Aija Salvador off the bench and Ashley McGinnis scored five-three pointers also off the bench. Mia Roberts added a double-double of 12 points and 11 boards.
Four Blues’ players also hit double-digits led by the 19 from Reiko Ohama and 15 from Carmelle M’Bikata. Last week’s Athlete of the Week Ashley dela Cruz Yip added 14 points and three assists.
