An "Apple" A Day

Cole Appleton hails from Kelowna and is currently in his third season with the Capilano Blues men’s volleyball team. 

He is one of only two players on the Blues roster with at least three years experience meaning he is one of the leaders on this extremely young team.  Their youth movement has had their bumps this season, currently at the bottom of the standings heading into a bye this weekend, then finishing their schedule at home in the final two weeks of the regular season.  They are hoping to building momentum after their upset win over the Camosun Chargers last weekend.
