For the second time this championship the PACWEST champion Camosun Chargers will face the wildcard from the ACAC the Keyano Huskies as they go for CCAA bronze.

Back on Thursday the Chargers blew past the Huskies in three straight sets 25-21, 25-23 and 25-14. Jerome Cross was a one man wrecking crew and named player of the match with an impressive 20 kills and had a pair of blocks. Eduardo Bida tallied eight kills while Matthew Bowers landed six.
From the service line the Chargers were outstanding collecting eight aces, including six from Bida.

They are in this position after a five-set thriller on Saturday, beating their Island rival the VIU Mariners. This comes after falling in five-sets in Friday night’s semi-final to the Titans de Limoilou. In less than 24 hours the Chargers have played in 10 gruelling sets.

The Huskies on the other hand are a bit fresher after defeating the RSEQ wildcard Saint-Jean Geants; 30-32, 25-20, 25-27, 25-17 and 15-8 on Saturday morning.

On Thursday in their match up with the Chargers Radoslaw Brzozwski tallied seven kills while Justin Delorme had six.

The first serve flies at 6:00pm tonight.
