Following three years behind the Bearcats bench Rod Adrian will finish his time as the men's basketball head coach this April.
"It has been a privilege to work with some amazing young men. All the hard work you put into training this year will pay-off when you get to compete once again. I'll always be your biggest fan," said Adrian.
"Rod brought a calming presence to the basketball court. The student athletes he coached knew they were cared for not just as basketball players and student athletes but as young men and people," said Columbia Bible College Director of Athletics & Recreation Mike Teeter.
CBC Bearcats Athletics will start the search for a new coach immediately. "We are looking for a coach who is a strong leader and will bring an attitude of excellence to our men's basketball program. Ideally this person will embody our Bearcats Athletics values, while instilling the beliefs and behaviors in our student athletes that lead to winning performances and the fostering of a culture which positively impacts the student athletes experience on the court, in the classroom and in their faith journey,” shares Teeter.
