The Coyotes, Mariners and Falcons each win on Friday
Okanagan Coyotes 83
Camosun Chargers 75
It was a back and forth game that the Coyotes hung on to win and stay undefeated. They shot 42% from the field led by Eric Marbury’s 28 points nailing four-three pointers and grabbing 14 rebounds. Hunter Hughes scored 14 points and Seth Blundell added 12.
The Chargers played a solid road game with four players scoring in the double-digits. Atlas St. Paul-Butler was terrific with 23 points and 10 rebounds and Shaquille Maharaj added 17 points thanks to four-three pointers
Saturday the Coyotes (3-0) stay at home and host the VIU Mariners (2-1) at 7:00pm. WATCH HERE

Langara Falcons 89
Capilano Blues 87
An exciting game that came right down to the wire with the Falcons outscoring the Blues in the final frame 29-23 to steal a victory. Offensively Luka Lizdek dropped 21 points including a perfect 5-5 from downtown. Moeiz Athaya scored 19 and Tyler Anderson chipped in with 17 points as the Falcons shot 68.8% from the field and were nine of ten from downtown.
The Blues also had a hot night shooting, connecting on 63.5% from the field and were 90% from the three-point line. CJ Campbell had a big night scoring 26 points on 11 of 15 shooting and hit four-three pointers. Michael Kelly came off the bench and tallied 14.
On Saturday the Falcons (1-1) will visit the Douglas Royals (2-0) at 8:00pm. WATCH HERE
The Blues (0-3) on the other hand have the night off.
VIU Mariners 92
CBC Bearcats 69
The Mariners set the tone early and Brett Christensen caught fire on route to a Mariners lopsided win. Christensen scored 42 points on 17 of 24 shooting and hit three-three pointers and grabbed eight rebounds. Both Jake Cowley and Tyus Barfoot scored 14 point for the visitors.
Meanwhile the Bearcats were led by Trent Baker and his 26 points hitting three from downtown.
Saturday the Mariners (2-1) visit the Okanagan Coyotes (3-0) at 7:00pm. WATCH HERE
