The Mariners, Charges and Blues each record a victory in their first game back from the PACWEST semester break.

Langara Falcons 83
The Mariners scored 32 points in the second quarter to hold off the surging Falcons for the victory.
Usama Zaid led his club with 22 points, just one of five players to reach double digits. Harry Fayle dropped in 15 and Brett Christensen came off the bench for 13 points.
The Falcons kept pace with the Mariners but came up a bit short. Four players reached double digits including Marin Bogajev who had a team high 21 points while Harry Liu connected on six-three pointers and finished with 20 points.
Camosun Chargers 69
Quest Kermodes 52
The Chargers outscored the Kermodes in all four quarters and hung on for the victory. Shaquille Maharaj set the pace with a game high 21 hitting nine of 11 from the free throw line. Matthew Hampton chipped in with 14 points.
The Kermodes came up a bit short but were led by Payton Tirrell’s 12 points and Chris McAlpine scored 11.

CBC Bearcats 70
The Blues found their stride in the second half and held on for an eight point victory. Denver Sparks-Guest led all scorers with 25 points on 9 of 18 shooting. He also had four assists and four rebounds. Both Niko Mottus and Brendan Baily each came off the bench and tallied 12 and 10 points respectively.
The Bearcats kept up with the Blues but just simply ran out of gas down the stretch. Tim Dick led his club with 19 points and Ty Cleland collected 14 assists.
